Home Condition Surveys
The SAVA Home Condition Survey is the most in depth FULL STRUCTURAL survey available to the general public.This survey covers everything within the grounds or deeds of the property with the reassurance of also being insured.Structural movement, dampness, infestation, services, asbestos and many more subjects are covered in this 100+ page comprehensive report with 200+ colour photos giving you total peace of mind in the property you are looking for.The added benefit of the BCIS Calculation included, can save you more as you only need to insure your property for the rebuild cost and NOT the market valuation.

Energy Performance Certificates
The Energy Performance Certificate is a recommendation report that allows all parties to see how efficient the building is and also give advice on how it can be improved should they so wish.This four page report currently has a ten year life subject to changes of major efficiency.Condensing boiler, cavity wall fill or retro fitted floors, loft insulation etc. would require a new one being issued.Gants are possible using this report for Air and Ground Source Heat pumps ,biomass boilers PVs etc.It is illegal to publicly market a property for sale or rent 28 days after instructiion without this certificate.
